The programme was designed to equip entry-level coaches with essential knowledge in modern coaching methods, player safety, session planning, and basic tactical principles.<\/p>\n<p>Participants underwent on-field practical evaluations as well as a final written examination, in line with CAF requirements. The SLFA stated that the assessments ensured coaches met the minimum standards expected at the introductory level of CAF\u2019s coaching pathway.<\/p>\n<p>Technical delivery of the course was handled by four CAF-accredited coach educators from the Liberia Football Association: Kesselee King Kanneh, Roberts N. Lartey, James Salinsa Debbah, and Sergeant Alhajee Omar Konneh. The SLFA Technical Director, John Keister, supervised the programme throughout its duration to ensure full compliance with CAF coaching education standards.<\/p>\n<p>The SLFA noted that the conclusion of the course was attended by its President, Mr. Babadi Kamara, who commended the participants for their dedication and commitment.
