The Ministry will work in collaboration with relevant Ministries, Departments, Agencies, and development partners to ensure the commemoration meets national and international standards.<\/p>\n<p>During the engagement, Cabinet commended President Julius Maada Bio, described as the Chief Public Servant, for his leadership, commitment, and support towards public service reforms, which contributed to the achievement of this milestone.<\/p>\n<p>Cabinet further extended appreciation to public servants across Sierra Leone for their dedication and professionalism, while reaffirming the government\u2019s commitment to building a modern, efficient, accountable, and citizen-centred public service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Cabinet of Sierra Leone has approved the formal recognition and institutionalisation of June 23, observed globally as United Nations World Public Service Day, as an annual national commemoration in the country.
