Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>Today Saturday 18th June 2022, Champions of the 2021-2022 Sierra Leone Premier League, Bo Rangers, will hold a trophy parade along the streets of Bo showcasing to the indigenes of Kakau Chiefdom and beyond the result of a great feat achieved after so many years of searching. Bo Rangers FC is the newest name to be included amongst winners of Sierra Leone\u2019s top-flight football league.<\/p>\n

<\/a>The team amassed the highest number of points in a single season in the history of top-flight football in Sierra Leone with 78, and the highest points margin ahead of second position East End Lions, which is sixteen points. The Elephants are the first champions of the novel 18-team format of the Sierra Leone Premier League.According to a statement from the club, the trophy parade will allow Fans and well-wishers to dance, interact and celebrate the club\u2019s success on the streets of Bo after years of craving. The victory parade the statement continues will start at 11:00 AM, and fans and well-wishers should assemble at the Chapter One (1) Night Club on the Bo-Freetown Highway, wherein they will embark on their parade across various major streets in Bo.<\/p>\n

According to the Executive Chairman of the club Babadi Kamara, all modalities have been put in place to ensure the parade is successful. <\/a>\u201cWe\u2019re aware that security is a paramount and key factor that aids the outcome of every successful event, and it\u2019s from that backdrop we have facilitated the strong presence of security for the safety of all\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a day of joy, a moment we want fans of Bo Rangers to reminisce in months and years to come. So, I entreat all fans and well-wishers to enjoy this moment with peace and the best of behavior our great club is known for\u201d, he stated.<\/p>\n
