Africa-Press – South-Africa. The firearm discharge case of Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has now officially come to an end.
Malema will now face sentencing on Thursday.
The EFF leader appeared in the Kugompo City Magistrate’s Court for final heads of argument in his pre-sentencing proceedings.
This is on the back of his conviction last year, in which the court found he violated gun laws when he fired shots at an EFF event in 2018.
