The team will also be responsible for determining the water and sewage capacity in the area and will conduct a traffic study along and at the intersection of Baden Powell Drive and Old Strandfontein Roads,&#8221; Andrews said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These aspects form part of the initial groundwork, which will produce the data needed to prepare some possible development options for the pavilion and surrounding area,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p><b>WATCH |<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Beach please!
