Africa-Press – South-Africa. <\/strong><\/span>The South African Weather Service<\/b> issued a yellow level 2 warning for disruptive rain and flooding in parts of Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.<\/p>\n

Impact-based warnings:<\/b><\/p>\n

A yellow level 2 warning for disruptive rain, leading to localised flooding of informal\/formal settlements, low-lying roads and low-lying areas, is expected along the escarpment and over Gauteng, the Highveld of Mpumalanga, and the escarpment and Lowveld of Limpopo.<\/p>\n

Fire danger warnings: <\/b><\/p>\n

Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Kamiesberg municipality of the Namakwa district.<\/p>\n

\nGauteng <\/b>will be partly cloudy and warm, with scattered afternoon showers and thundershowers.<\/p>\n

The expected UVB sunburn index is high.<\/p>\n

In Mpumalanga<\/b>, the weather will be partly cloudy and cool to warm, with scattered showers and thundershowers.<\/p>\n

Limpopo<\/b> will be partly cloudy and warm to hot, with isolated showers and thundershowers from the afternoon, but scattered in the east and south.<\/p>\n

It will be very hot in the Limpopo Valley.<\/p>\n

The North West <\/b>will be cloudy and warm, with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the east.<\/p>\n

In the Free State<\/b>, it will be partly cloudy and warm, with isolated afternoon thundershowers, but scattered in the east, where it will be cloudy and cool.<\/p>\n

The Northern Cape <\/b>will be partly cloudy in the far east, with isolated thundershowers, otherwise fine and warm to hot.<\/p>\n

The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly.<\/p>\n

The Western Cape<\/b> will be partly cloudy along the south-eastern parts, with a chance of light rain, otherwise fine and cool to warm.<\/p>\n

The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh, but strong in the afternoon southerly to south-easterly, but easterly along the south coast.<\/p>\n

The expected UVB sunburn index is very high.<\/p>\n

The Eastern Cape<\/b> will be cloudy and cool, but warm in the north, with isolated showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior, becoming partly cloudy from midday.<\/p>\n

The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-easterly, becoming easterly from late morning.<\/p>\n

The eastern half of the province will be cloudy and cool, with isolated showers and rain, but scattered in the east.<\/p>\n

The wind along the coast will be light westerly in the morning, otherwise light south-easterly.<\/p>\n

KwaZulu-Natal <\/b>will have morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool, with scattered showers and thundershowers.<\/p>\n

The wind along the coast will be moderate northerly to north-westerly north of Richards Bay at first, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly.<\/p>\n

It will become moderate south-easterly from the south in the afternoon, spreading to Richards Bay in the evening.<\/p>\n

The expected UVB sunburn index is moderate.<\/p>\n
