Africa-Press – South-Africa. <\/strong><\/span>The ANC has continued to come under fire for failing to address a range of socio-economic challenges faced by the country\u2019s citizens.<\/p>\n

African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa says the governing party is not out of touch with the harsh reality faced by millions of South Africans.<\/p>\n

He was addressing thousands of supporters during the party’s Siyanqoba rally at FNB Stadium on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Ramaphosa’s remarks come as the ANC continues to come under fire for failing to address various socio-economic challenges.<\/p>\n

Service delivery issues, failing infrastructure, high unemployment, corruption at State institutions, and poorer investor sentiment are some indicators used to rate the ANC\u2019s performance since it took over in 1994.<\/p>\n

As the ANC faces its toughest elections since it came into power, Ramaphosa assured supporters that the party would continue to address shortfalls in government post-elections.<\/p>\n
