Africa-Press – South-Africa. <\/strong><\/span>This follows the resignation of Zizi Kodwa, who is accused of corruption. President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed an acting Sports, Arts and Culture Minister, following Zizi Kodwa\u2019s resignation this week.<\/p>\n

Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Maropene Ramokgopa will step into the portfolio, for now. Corruption-accused Kodwa resigned from public office with immediate effect on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

He is accused of accepting bribes from tech giant EOH between 2015 and 2016. \u201cThe President has appointed Minister Maropene Ramokgopa to act as the Minister until a permanent appointment is made under the new seventh administration,\u201d said spokesperson in The Presidency Vincent Magwenya.<\/p>\n
