\nPremier Panyaza Lesufi spoke about this at a local government summit in Muldersdrift on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

“Rand Water has given us a plan. Municipalities are here, and they\u2019ve accepted the plan. We have put a proposal that will go to our citizens, and I’m convinced that we will manage the situation. We will not have that bleak Christmas on the basis of the plans we have put on board. But if we don\u2019t, we have to be vigorous in managing our approach to this particular issue.”<\/p>\n
