Govender is the Business Development Manager for Glacier by Sanlam and has worked in the financial services sector for over two decades.<\/p>\n

In his current role, Govender is responsible for developing and maintaining an Investment Intermediary portfolio, developing and implementing regional business plans for the intermediary portfolio, and growing market share and business flows to Glacier by Sanlam\u2019s Investment Solutions.<\/p>\n

Before joining Glacier by Sanlam in 2016 and becoming the Business Development Manager, Govender held multiple other notable positions at leading companies, including:<\/p>\n

Wealth Portfolio Specialist <\/b>\u2013 Old Mutual Wealth<\/p>\n

Financial Planner <\/b>\u2013 Nedbank<\/p>\n

Employee Benefits Consultant <\/b>\u2013 Alexander Forbes<\/p>\n

Govender leverages this experience, as well as his robust academic qualifications, to execute his current responsibilities.<\/p>\n

He holds an MBA and has completed a Senior Management Development Programme at Stellenbosch University.<\/p>\n

Govender also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State, and a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.<\/p>\n
