So, we&#8217;ll have to see what unfolds. We don&#8217;t even think that they will meet the July next year deadline, but let&#8217;s see.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The organisation said it has raised concerns over AARTO&#8217;s practicality and fair administration over the last decade, adding that it also lacks clarity, fairness and adequate functionality.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;AARTO is extremely cumbersome.
