Dr Sonn led the party\u2019s campaign in the province ahead of the historic 1994 elections.<\/p>\n<p>ANC Western Cape spokesperson Sifiso Mtsweni said today\u2019s leaders owe much to the foundations he laid.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He carried with him a fortitude that asserted the dignity of every human being. His journey reminded us that leadership is not holding a position but rather how you serve the people.
