The High Court also confirmed, yeah, you had made mistakes, NERSA. This is heavily impactful on the public.&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Cruise said without NERSA&#8217;s error, the tariff increase for this year would have been more manageable.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So I think this is leading to the further death spiral of Eskom, unfortunately.
