This has been reduced to 141 trucks at a cost of R8.34 million per month. Savings exceed R12 million per month.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He says the city is slowly reducing reliance on private water tankers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The tanker budget has been reduced to R126.7 million, a 79% decrease, with R110 million redirected to infrastructure and municipal capacity.
