It’s been more than a month since the conflict involving Iran, the US and Israel escalated, leading to soaring global oil prices.<\/p>\n

Ramaphosa said he hopes the ceasefire will lead to a permanent deal.<\/p>\n

“South Africa once again calls for dialogue and mediation to prevent further loss of life and destruction of property and to ensure a just, sustainable and lasting peace.”<\/p>\n
