It\u2019s about demonstrating what is possible when thoughtful planning, strong partnerships and a clear development philosophy come together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The launch event will include an official sod\u2010turning ceremony, stakeholder engagements and a site walk\u2010through experience from a purpose\u2010built viewing deck.<\/p>\n<p>On\u2010site sales enquiries will be facilitated by Pam Golding Properties, while ooba will manage a dedicated home\u2010loan pre\u2010qualification and finance hub for prospective buyers.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees will also have access to digital buyer resources, including unit layouts, finishes, and estate plans, and will have opportunities for informal engagement with the developer, professional consultants, and local businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The event is being delivered in partnership with Trade &amp; Investment KwaZulu\u2010Natal (TIKZN).<\/p>\n<p><b>What to expect from Inqaba Views Residential Estate<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Isphetho Developments<\/p>\n<p>Inqaba Views Residential Estate is a secure, sectional\u2010title development comprising 75 modern residential units, positioned on elevated land offering expansive views across the Upper Highway area.<\/p>\n<p>The site benefits from convenient access to the N3 corridor, Old Main Road and the Hillcrest node, placing it within easy reach of key employment, retail and lifestyle destinations.<\/p>\n<p>The development is aimed at the aspirational mid\u2010market, appealing to young professionals, families, first\u2010time buyers, investors and downsizers seeking lock\u2010up\u2010and\u2010go living in a well\u2010located estate environment.<\/p>\n<p>The project will be delivered in phases.
