Africa-Press – South-Sudan. One person died on the spot while several other sustained various injuries following a grisly road accident along Bor Road.
The accident took place at Malithor along Juba-Bor road after a Noah vehicle collided head-on with a Prado Landcruiser (V-8 engine).
According to eyewitnesses, Prado was heading to Juba while Noah was dropping off passengers towards Bor.
Noah lost control, thus knocking the fast approaching from the other side of the road.
body of the passengers were pictured scattered on the road. Reports indicate that the passengers sustained various injuries though The City Review could not immediately and independently establish the number of those injured or whether they received any medical assistance.
Bor road which is currently under construction is an accident-prone area as most drivers speed off due t the relatively good condition of the road.
Many Juba residents have since included the road in their leisure activities as most spend their weekends taking photos.
