Africa-Press – South-Sudan. The Acting Minister of Interior, Peter Koang, and the governor of Central Equatoria agreed to curb criminal acts in Juba.
“One of the things the citizens have noted with concern is the unruly Toronto and niggers who continue to cause harm to the communities,” Governor Adil said in a statement to the press.
“First, we call for the public to be vigilant and report to nearby police stations or security forces any unusual behaviour or any crime,” he added.
Adil said they agreed to joint cooperation between the state government and the Ministry of Interior in curbing crimes in Juba City.
The governor said the meeting also resolved to direct security organs to beef up security across the country and within Juba City ahead of the Independence Day celebrations on July 9, 2023.
“One important thing we have also discussed is how to strengthen security in Juba City as we move towards a very important day, which is Independence Day,” he added.
Toronto boys are motorcyclist gangs known for snatching phones and bags along the streets in Juba. Meanwhile, niggers often attack people with machetes to grab their belongings, such as phones.
In July 2022, the Mayor of Juba City Council, Michael Allah-Jabu, said Niggers and Toronto Boys had arrested about 500 gangs.
“Those arrested will be sent to different states to work for agricultural production until the government makes a reformatory for them because most of them are underage,” Allah-Jabu said.
He warned the youth against participating in such gangs and called for the local communities to help the Juba city council curb such criminal acts.
