A state that is bankrupt in moral leadership resorts to propagation of lies and intimidation to try to keep itself alive,\u201d the statement said,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe people of South Sudan have demonstrated over the last four weeks that they have withdrawn their confidence in President Kiir, Riek Machar and their government. We urge the people of South Sudan to disregard these fake government- sponsored messages attempting to prevent people\u2019s participation in the popular uprising against a government that has lost all legitimacy and credibility,\u201d it added.
