Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>The National Communications Authority (NCA) has warned the public against dealing with a Facebook page known as \u2018\u2018Government of South Sudan\u2019\u2019, saying it is fake and not associated with the government.<\/p>\n

The regulator urged Facebook users to report the page and not subscribe to any information that is put up on the page.<\/p>\n

NCA noted: \u2018\u2018If you happen to come across this page, and it happens that you\u2019re being persuaded to do any kind of business in the name of the Government of South Sudan, kindly disregard it or report it to Safety.com South Sudan.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2018This page does not belong to the government of South Sudan, and we are working hand-in-hand with Safety. Com to address the issue. We would like to let the public know that there is no social media page of the government of South Sudan that has a Facebook page with Uganda\u2019s telephone number. Thank you.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n
