The Land I calls home is arable with potential to become the breadbasket of Africa and the rest of world. The creator blessed this land with uncountable resources but unfortunately the SPLM\/A denied opportunity for this great nation to prosper toward it potential as God wanted. Instead they played and planted a sort of ancient politic (tribal-politic) that turned the country to ashes. Yes without SPLM\/A there is no South Sudan, but the fact that they failed and are incapable of managing what they fought for is macroscopic.<\/p>\n

More than a third of the country\u2019s population is out of the country and left wandering in the neighboring countries like destitute. Protracted insecurity and large-scale displacement within the country have taken a huge toll on livelihoods. Women and children are disproportionately impacted; they have been the prime victims of this disastrous leadership throughout the times. Sexual violence toward women and girls is pervasive.<\/p>\n

Innocent civilians are being targeted and subjected to different sort of persecutions day and night by the same group they referred to as their government. Here, where is the promising hope for this country? A country characterized by huge diversity of more than sixty different ethnic cultures and languages need a<\/p>\n

\u201cDiversity-leadership\u201d is a form of governance that recognizes the multi-cultural preferences, a leadership guided by policies of inclusivity and strategic development that work for all. SPLM\/A must go or either reform it leadership policies, revisit their agendas of liberation to create a safe and functioning country.<\/p>\n

The country from the grass root is looking up to SPLM\/A to upgrade it status to a practical national institution, political-knowledge center, resilient and innovative organization for the national generations and not an Ethnic-Political based organization as we see today.<\/p>\n

In this context I want my fellow young people to learn and refrain from the SPLM\/A discipleship until it policies are recasted and on contrary refine our mindsets on some instances that always lead to friction, antagonism and unbearable conflicts. South Sudan is far greater than tribe, party or religious belief.<\/p>\n

Hence our collective role is needed before it\u2019s too late to see this worst era of SPLM\/A or \u201cAthialee\u201d passed and only looks forward to a wider recognition of our country as the only identity .More significantly we must understand the advantages of our diversity and free ourselves from this \u201cAthialee\u201d\u2018s archaic ethos. Peace and mercy of the Lord to you all my country people!<\/p>\n
