Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>The South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Examination (SSCSE) result will be released officially on Friday.<\/p>\n

The results will be released during the 14th Ordinary Meeting of South Sudan Examination Council at Crown Hotel.<\/p>\n

The meeting will also release the evaluation report that might propose the prospects of improving performance levels among the learners.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Minister of General Edu\u200b\u200bcation and Instruction Awut Deng Acuil briefed President Salva Kiir on the status of the education sector, particularly on the quality of education.<\/p>\n

Acuil exuded confidence in the performance of the students \u2013 a result that will officially be released after three months of waiting.<\/p>\n

In 2021, female candidates outshone their male counterparts in the senior four examinations.<\/p>\n

According to data from last year, female students scored an average of 97.5 percent pass rate compared to the males, who attained an average of 97.3 per cent pass mark.<\/p>\n

That was an improvement from the 2020 results where the girl-child scored an average of 97.4 per cent.<\/p>\n
