Africa-Press<\/a> – South-Sudan<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>The former Chairman of National Committee for Information and Public Relations Mabior Garang De Mabior has said that senior South Sudan government officials in Juba are using the oil revenues to wage online campaigns targeting de facto SPLM\/A-IO leader General Simon Gatwech Dual.<\/p>\n

This comes after the SPLM-IO Kitgwang faction allegedly submitted a written position to the Sudanese government explaining what went wrong with the implementation of the revitalized peace agreement in which the group allegedly asked President Salva Kiir Mayardit to removed First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar Teny from the FVP position.<\/p>\n

In a statement on Friday, Mabior Garang who is a senior member of the SPLM-IO Kitgwang faction said the group hasn\u2019t submitted a written position to the Sudanese authorities who are set to mediate between General Simon Gatwech and the government of President Salva Kiir Mayardit saying the position being circulated on social media is being sponsored by fake.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe SPLM-Kit Gwang has not yet appointed a negotiating committee. There is no political structure which could have submitted a negotiating position for Kit-Gwang. It begs the question: how did the Sudanese Mediators get a forged position for Kit Gwang?\u201d he wrote yesterday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe position circulating on social media is not the real negotiating position of Kit Gwang. It is not even a position, it is a shopping list. The real position of Kit Gwang shall be known when the committee for the negotiations is formed,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

He further urged the public to \u201cdisregard the position which has been fabricated using oil money from the Juba Groups. This is just intended to confuse the public. We call on supporters of Kit Gwang to wait for the appointment of the Negotiating Committee to get the real negotiating position of Kit Gwang.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
