From Shambe to Atar we have thirteen checkpoints,\u201d Zakayo said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey are illegal checkpoints without any approval from the government of the ministry of transport, and its illegal tax collation checkpoints.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the traders and boat sailors are forced to pay in kind \u2013 about 150 bags of sugar or wheat flour per a barge to be allowed passage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has a lot of difficulties for the companies that are working in the field of river transport.
