Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>Pastors in CalvaryChapel Nimule Payamin Eastern Equatoria state urged the cattle keepers to embrace peace with thehost communities in Nimule. This statement came during the two-dayvisit to the cattle camps in order to preach the word of God.<\/p>\n

Speaking in the ceremony heldyesterday in the cattle camp, pastor John Chol Machuar of Calvarychapel churchrevealed that their visit was meant to preach the word of God to the people inthe cattle camps.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe came here to preach the word ofGod to the cattle keepers in order for them to coexist with the host community\u201dChol said.<\/p>\n

He revealed that they visited the fivecattle camps in Melijo, Ashwa one and two, Bilnyang and Mugali as a move topreach word of peace to the cattle keepers.<\/p>\n

Chol appealed to the cattle keepersto cooperate with the host communities and do everything with theirconsultation in order to avoid violent. He mentioned that the church waswilling to bring peace among communities in South Sudan through continuouspreaching of the word of God.<\/p>\n

Cholpromised to provide mobileschools to some cattle camps in order to bring education nearer to the children. \u201cI and the Calvary chapel church willtry to provide some blackboards and books for children to learn in the cattlecamps\u201d he promised.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe children in the cattle campshave no schools and they also need to learn like other children, the church isready to help\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n

Chol narrated that education was aright for every child and he urged the government to support education toreduce level of illiteracy in the country. He added that the need to bring peaceto the country remained everyone\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile James Bol Mading, one ofthe leaders in Bilyang cattle camp appreciated the move taken by calvary chapelchurch to bring word of peace together with education to the people.
\n\u201cIam very happy today, we need peacewith our host communities in order to exist peacefully\u201d Mading said.<\/p>\n

He revealed that though the camps were temporary in the areas of Nimule, there was need for children to be taught and to learn like other children in Nimule.<\/p>\n
