Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>The Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring and Verification Mechanism (CTSAMVM) board has rejected a report tabled before it during its 37th meeting, Tuesday, saying its source is questionable.<\/p>\n

The board argued that the report was prepared at a time when most national staff, who are supposed to collect the data from the field, were on \u2018strike\u2019.<\/p>\n

The 13 local staff are demanding close to three years arrears.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou cannot bring a report developed by unknown people and want to pass it, said Bior Leek, representative of Former Detainees (FD).<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cWe want all the parties to be involved in the report in regards to the violation so that when we pass it later, it should not be against any party.\u201d<\/p>\n

Regina Joseph Kaba, the SPLM-IO Secretary-General, calls for the members to push the meeting to next week.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe agenda or the discussion of the violation reports we cannot do this without the meeting of the CTC, and we need to push this meeting until the issue of national staff is solved,\u201d Regina said.<\/p>\n
