Tut Gatluak Manimeh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span> I\u2019m delightful to speak to you through this letter, first and foremost, let me register my comradeship salutation to you as a senior cadre of SPLM, And I hope this letter should act as a reminder that, your models of leadership as inspires some SPLM junior cadres and they\u2019re struggling so hard to be like you, in the future generation to come.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m a citizen and a young cadre of SPLM party but I wrote this letter to you as a student of South Sudan, I\u2019m among those students who started theirs school before South Sudan gained her independence from Sudan eleven years ago, my struggle to complete my primary and secondary school was the tough struggle in the moment I will never forget in my life, however, with help of God and others kind-hearted individuals, I have managed to finished my secondary certificate this year.<\/p>\n<p>When I was 11 year I began my school in deep rural villages where I have to walks one and half hour to reached school, sometime I reached school late and has to go for school punishment rules which I think were okay, of which I could respects and endured, when I completed my primary school, I have to move to urban areas Especially Juba there\u2019s nobody I knew prior I moves here, so first before I have to register in secondary school to be specific in senior one, I was forced by Juba situation to spent two years staying out in school, looking for daily bread in the street of juba, when I registered the following year, after two term, I was relegated from the school due to I have not cleared all my tuition fees, I just took it as normal thing for me because that was not the first time for me to be chased away from school because of school fees, I went to the street again and kicked off searching for money and luckily somebody managed to paid for me the tuition fees of another year, to cuts the stories short since I registered in secondary school I was relegated in school for almost three times, forcing me to do home studies something that help me to obtained my certificate of secondary education later this year. Luckily I sat for South Sudan secondary school examination and fortunately I passed successfully, I have managed to scores 80.9 percentage in art section.<\/p>\n<p>Dear respectful Hon. TUT GATLUAK, with all this deplorable circumstances I have stated above, I wanted to narrated to you that I\u2019m tired of sponsoring myself every year, imagine I\u2019m jobless and have to struggle for meals and tuition fees at the same time, my family have lost everything during my struggle to get my primary leaving certificate (PLC). Also I want to tell you my whims to be an educated person didn\u2019t cease from this stage that I\u2019m in it now, however, it has become impossible for me again to proceed to university since I don\u2019t have enough money to pursue my bachelor degree in university, as per now I\u2019m making it as your obligation to kindly assist me to complete my studies based on your capacity.<\/p>\n<p>DEAR HON. ADVISER, if this letter reaches you in your highly esteem office, don\u2019t let the history repeats itself, I want to be relieve from the stress of tuitions fees, I don\u2019t want to be points out amongst thousands of south Sudanese students and to be told to leave class because I didn\u2019t complete my school fees, I am a south Sudanese and I deserves also to be proud like others kids, I want to obtain my degree at the younger ages as I expected, also I want to realise my dream of being a peace maker not only in south Sudan but also in East Africa and the world at large. And by realising this huge dream you\u2019re the one to validate it to me, I put you first and then come my hardworking of not letting you down if you promise that you would do it for me.<\/p>\n<p>DEAR HON. ADVISER, you always stood as a godfather to many peoples who needs help from you and from the nation, because of your generosity, loyalty and the love of the citizens of this beautiful country called South Sudan, I have opted you out of millions of south Sudanese leaders in order to extend your hand and rescues me out from this situation that I\u2019m facing in my academic struggle, also I have requested you to help me as your comrade and I assure if you do, that will not be my help alone, you lifts a millions of south Sudanese future generation through me and you\u2019ve also lift the burden off on my poor parents in the rural areas who are also struggling to get theirs daily meal everyday as I\u2019m still under my studies.<\/p>\n<p>DEAR, SENIOR COMRADE TUT, as we know in this world everyone has everything, And some peoples has nothing at theirs disposable, but not everyone could help people who has nothings, helping hand comes from the kind-hearted person like you, I have made the several attempts to meet with you personally to explain to you this situations by myself but it failed due to the nature of your assignment, you\u2019re always busy serving our country, something that inspires me from you, you\u2019re a kind of a person that a kids could learn from and adopt something.<\/p>\n<p>From here, I would like to extend my gratitude to anyone who would offer their kind hands to extend this message to reach Honourable Tut Gatluak Manime, much thank to you everyone.<\/p>\n<p><b>The author is a concerned South Sudan citizen and can be reached via: Mangokdhal@gmail.com.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The views expressed in the \u2018OPINIONS &amp; ANALYSIS\u2019 section of Sudans Post are solely the opinions of the writers.
