Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>Western Equatoria governor, General Alfred Futuyo on Monday officiated the oathtaking ceremony of newly appointed Commissioner of the state Revenue Authority, James Richard Ramadan.<\/p>\n

Addressing officials, General Futuyo reportedly urged state government officials to cooperate with the Revenue Authority boss in terms of tax collection for development.<\/p>\n

Mr. Futuyo also called on his cabinet officials not to be involved \u201cin the politics of division but joint hands and exercise good working relationship for service delivery\u201d, local media reported.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile the newly appointed revenue commissioner reportedly assured the state of his commitment to safeguard taxpayers\u2019 money.<\/p>\n

Mr Ramadan was appointed in earlier Ocotber by the Governor of Western Equatoria Gen. Futuyo.<\/p>\n
