Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>Norther Bahr-El Ghazal governor Tong Akeen Ngor on Monday expressed optimism that the sitting candidates will bring top numbers in the 2023\/2024 national primary exams.<\/p>\n

About 7, 560 pupils from 227 schools, including 3,450 females and 4,110 males are partaking in the nationwide PLE at 86 centers in the state.<\/p>\n

Speaking before ringing the bell at Aweil Center, Governor Akeen said he has great hope and confidence that the candidates would compete in the national exams.<\/p>\n

Akeen congratulates the sitting candidates, describing the exams as historical.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to say congratulations to you for these historical days, I have a great hope and confident that you will perform well to compete at the national level, to bring top number in this academic year 2023\/2024,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

In the 2022\/2023 academic year, Northern Bahr el Ghazal ranked 3rd in National Primary Examinations results \u2013 indicating a great improvement in comparison with the 7th place it acquired in the 2021\/2022 year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI applaud last year candidates both primary and secondary for attaining a very good performing for our state NBGs, NBG rank in number three and four by national examination council results of academic year 2022\/2023.\u201d Akeen said.<\/p>\n
