Africa-Press – South-Sudan. <\/strong><\/span>The Governor of Jonglei State, Denay Jock Chagor, addresses gathering during the reception of the Central Bank governor [Matik Kueth, The City Review]<\/b><\/p>\n The Governor of Jonglei State, Denay Chagor, appealed to the national government to find solutions to the Jonglei-Pibor\u2019s endless inter-communal conflict.<\/p>\n Chagor, who spoke during the reception of the Governor of the Bank of South Sudan on Saturday in Bor, said the national government should make a solid decision to resolve the rampant killings of people and abduction of children between the two areas.<\/p>\n He said Jonglei State residents are murdered every day and it is a problem that needs to be handled appropriately.<\/p>\n \u201cOne of the things that our MPs should take to Juba is the issue of the Pibor Administrative Area. Our people are being killed daily. I am sure everybody is aware of it. It is a problem that needs to be handled,\u201d Chagor said.<\/p>\n He said Pibor being an administrative area means that they cannot go there and enforce the law.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is our government to do so and we are calling on the central government to do something with this issue,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n Governor Chagor alleged that Jonglei State will be in danger as the Bank of South Sudan opens its branch in Bor town.<\/p>\n \u201cAs we are speaking now, they are in the bushes everywhere looking for somebody to kill, that is all. And with the bank, Jonglei State will be bleeding amongst all the 10 states and three administrative areas of South Sudan until when?
