Life in a modern justice community or society is the ideal duty infused with an intense desire to improve the lots of others.<\/p>\n

Rise through thick and thin to attain the goals of the justice system with equity and compassion. You must dedicate drive, sincerity, patriotism sense of mission and altruism to the nation and the whole constituency of East Africa.<\/p>\n

Virtues comprise peace, harmony, unity and progress aimed to put to account those who intend to put laws into their hands and bring to court those who intentionally violate the constitution, and some who get involved in the practice of systematic corruption. They learn that laws are greater than everyone and that everyone is under them.<\/p>\n

All the sympathizers of the great nation should raise and increase volumes of preaching unity and compassion and the progress of the human race.<\/p>\n

With some who find it hard to understand so quickly while all the rest are channelled on peace, we must make the people understand that listening is important. I understand that most South Sudanese prefer waiting for their turn to talk as the preacher or teacher on speech.<\/p>\n

Real listening means keeping quiet or keeping your mouth shut resisting the urge to think about what people are actually saying. By listening, we must learn new things about the opposing side\u2019s view and also help the person we are talking with feel safe and more willing to hear what we have to say. As leaders, we shouldn\u2019t mention words of threats like, \u201cYour security is not in my hands.\u201d \u201cI\u2019m afraid of what I can do to you right now\u201d or \u201cWho do you think you are now? such shouldn\u2019t ever cross our mouths no matter how upset we may be.<\/p>\n

Most high-profile officials and senior military officers of South Sudan are so rude, and argumentative and thus, our society is seen to be valuing comebacks and clapbacks over kindness and courtesy. No one has ever argued about a change of heart.<\/p>\n

The moment a conversation turns argument or starts making fun at the expense of someone\u2019s ideals or values, the chances of actually convincing them of our view drop drastically. The tolerance of unconditional love, and being as responsible as the civil society sees you is not easy. Many big men of our nation\u2019s pride prioritize looking down on the low-life civilians in a manner they thought would add to their respect and honour.<\/p>\n

I sometimes lose my cool or neglect to overlook for their careless manners. They have lost the love we need from them. Their opinions on the civilians have totally strayed, thinking that when they come to visit them in offices or homes, they only come to beg them.<\/p>\n

But there\u2019s a time when one would come to your home or office to advise you on matters where you went wrong. Not everyone coming to see you is a beggar. That seems to affect the love and devotion of the people.<\/p>\n

They are unfolding tolerance of shortcomings and don\u2019t want to hold grudges. If we could only be as tolerant of one another, we could overcome fear with love. When one is appointed to some senior government position or promoted to some military senior rank, he instantly forgets to be grateful for all the ladders he used to climb there.<\/p>\n

To set goals is by one, but to attain them is a collective responsibility. And as such, you must focus on the path of collective set up for another promotion to be certain in the near and soon future. In collective decision-making, everything is within your reach, both leadership and others\u2019 support. It is more about how you handle the people who help throw you into that position that matters. Compassion is not attained by being self alone, it\u2019s attained by togetherness.<\/p>\n

The greatest limitations we put on ourselves come in the form of relationships that have no more purpose in this season of life. If you keep chasing clouts right now, what is it going to be when the people you live with please no longer even pay attention? You can\u2019t overturn a collective interest to please an individual, simply because you want to please them.<\/p>\n

Lift your eyes and see your selfish situation from a new perspective. Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out. You can\u2019t expect to be respected by someone you view as a low life, beggar or a failure. We must not create a scene in our minds of how things are supposed to go, that will keep us from embracing how things really are. You should start making sense of yourself by shifting your perspectives.<\/p>\n

You may think disappointing someone is level, but it is inevitable as sometimes it turns into an opportunity for the one you may be bullying because of the people who have the most significant purpose to accomplish for their lives go through some of the heaviest hardships. The pressure on you is proof of them to climb to high life just as you are.<\/p>\n

They look the way you see them simply because they don\u2019t want to pretend to be at a level they don\u2019t belong. Most of them are in poor condition but they have the fairest hearts and truth lies beneath the wealthy and lives in them that you characterize as poor. Sincerely, I can tell you wealthy men of South Sudan to enjoy their wealth with no regrets, while you still can and yet, remember the actions have consequences.<\/p>\n
