It says that the suspension will remain in effect until further notice.<\/p>\n<p>John Abdallah, the Mvolo County Executive Director, has been named acting commissioner in Komo Dee\u2019s absence.<\/p>\n<p>Komo Dee, however, has disputed the governor\u2019s actions. He claims he hasn\u2019t received any official notification of his suspension and maintains the governor lacks the authority to remove him without proper justification.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI haven\u2019t seen any official document regarding this suspension,\u201d Komo Dee reportedly said. \u201cFurthermore, I believe the governor is overstepping his bounds by suspending me without a valid reason.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Komo Dee vigorously defended his record as commissioner, asserting he is among the best in Western Equatoria when it comes to security and development initiatives within Mvolo County.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI stand by my record and have full confidence that I haven\u2019t committed any wrongdoing,\u201d Komo Dee reportedly stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI intend to obtain a copy of this alleged suspension order and pursue the matter further,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The suspension has created tension, with Komo Dee contesting the governor\u2019s decision.
