The prison cells and prisons, and the pending cases, must all be addressed,\u201d Makuei stated, reiterating the President\u2019s commitment to ensuring citizens are not denied their rights.<\/p>\n<p>According to Makuei, maintaining law and order is critical for the country\u2019s stability.
