Africa-Press – Tanzania. TANZANIAN Youths have been urged to grab the global education opportunities being provided by the Arusha-based link, which has enabled many Tanzanians to study in the best higher learning institutions outside Tanzania.
The education, Global Education Link, has this year marked 18 years of excellence in education services to the Tanzanian youths.
Speaking during the International University Education Fair held in Arusha this week, the Managing Director of the Global Education Link, Mr. Abdulmalik Mollel, said his education firm is committed to ensuring that young Tanzanians are given the best education, from degree to PhD levels. So far, many of them have achieved their desired goals.
“We aim to ensure that Tanzanians get an education that prepares them to cope with the needs of the Tanzanian National Vision 2050, which was recently unveiled by President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
He said that through the Vision 2050 guidelines, Tanzania needs appropriately educated people who can manage investment in technology, education, agriculture, mining, and health sectors.
“A Global Education Link must prepare people who can handle all the mentioned sectors,” said Mr Mollel.
He said Global Education Link will continue organizing education exhibitions in other regions of Tanzania after staging a highly successful one in Arusha.
He said that after Arusha, other exhibitions will be staged in Shinyanga , Mwanza, and Dodoma regions.
Before going to Arusha, Global Education Link held exhibitions in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar.
Daniel Kaaya, Master Degree student, thanked the Global Education Link for its support to him and other Tanzania who have so far benefited from its programs.
