AfricaPress-Tanzania: Tigo Tanzania has partnered with Itel to introduce new smartphone in the local market to bridge a digital gap in the country.
According to the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), internet penetration has of last year rose by 46 per cent to 25.7 million users compared to 23.14 million in the year before.
