AfricaPress-Tanzania: TANZANIA One Theatre (TOT) and African Inland Church (AIC) Makongoro of Mwanza comforted the mourners who were paying their final respects to the deceased President John Magufuli at CCM Kirumba stadium on Wednesday.
AIC Makongoro choir in CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza city, brought comfort to people who came out in bulk to embrace the body of their loved one following the massive tragedy that hit the nation.
“We Must Agree with This” gave comfort to the people in the stadium. TOT performed at the major event at the CCM Kirumba football stadium touching hearts of the audience through their song saying “The year of grief in Tanzania and the Isles for the loss of a leader who worked hard to build Tanzania”.
The residents praised TOT Band for being at the forefront of entertaining Tanzanians all the times when there are major events requiring wise and patriotic songs.
They said since long time TOT have been at the forefront of our nation’s important events by providing entertainment with state messages that make people comforted.
