The Federation’s Electoral Committee had chopped the names of famous sport analyst Ally Mayay, former Malindi legislator Ally Saleh and Radio presenter Oscar Oscar.

According to the committee, some candidates failed to fill their nomination forms properly according to instructions.

“Some have been disqualified because they did not obtain any or had inadequate endorsement a required. Few others missed certified copies of academic certificates or their national identity cards were not certified by the commissioner of oath in accordance with regulation 10 (3), 10 (4) and 10 (5) of the TFF election,” said Kalume.

Kalume further explained that Mayay was eliminated from the race of the TFF’s top position due to failure to fulfill some of the required details.
