Africa-Press – Tanzania. President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed four chairpersons to lead governing boards of various public institutions.
A statement released Saturday by the State House’s Director of Communications said the Head of State has appointed Dr Fenella Mukangara to chair the board of directors at Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS).
Mukangara is a retired senior lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM).
The statement added that President Samia appointed Brig (Rtd) Aloyce Mwanjile as the Chairman of the Tanzania Board of Cashew nuts.
Khalfan Ramadhani Khalfan has been appointed to chair the Board of Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) while Capt Mussa Mandia is going to lead the Board of Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC).
