Africa-Press – Tanzania. The Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB) has instructed fans who intend to attend the Dar es Salaam derby between Simba SC and Young Africans SC at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium Saturday to ensure they wear face masks throughout the match.
A statement issued on Friday said that the Board was well prepared to ensure that all football fans who will be at the facility for the encounter adhere to all the health precautions as the world fights to contain a third Covid-19 wave.
“All fans and stakeholders who will attend the match at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium should ensure they wash their hands before and wear face masks all the time,” TPLB insisted in the statement.
Meanwhile, the TPLB added that N-CARDs for fans who had already booked for the previously cancelled Dar es Salaam derby have been restored, ready for Saturday’s encounter.
