Africa-Press – Tanzania. Young Africans best known as ‘Yanga’ brought in the most revenue through gate collections after recorded a total of 986.8m/- in the last season, Tanzania Premier League (TPLB) has announced.
A TPLB list released on Wednesday showed that Simba SC were placed in the second position after generating a total of 929.7m/- followed by JKT Tanzania which earned 148.5m/-.
The new comers in the Mainland League Dodoma and Ihefu FC emerged in the fouth and fifth places respectively after recording 139.3m/- and 138.6m/-.
Mtibwa Sugar ranked in the sixth place while Azam FC which are considered to be the third best club in Tanzania seat at 15th place after collecting only 72.6m/- through gate collections.
