Africa-Press – Tanzania. Twiga Stars have arrived in South Africa for the returning leg of 2022 Women African Cup of Nation qualifiers against Namibia.

The return leg will stage on Saturday at Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto, South Africa, the squad made up of 24 ladies have to fight to the last breath of they are to progress to the advance stage after lost 2-1 to Namibian ladies in the first leg match played at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

The squad under stewardship of the head coach Bakari Shime and his assistant Edna Lema is made up of Amina Bilali (goalkeeper), Stumai Abdallah, Ester Mabanza, Eva Wailes, Fatuma Omary, Irene Kisisa, Joyce Fred and Aisha Masaka.

Others are Enekia Kasonga, Clara Luvanga, Zubeda Mohamed, Violet Nicholaus, Happiness Hezron, Janeth Cristopher, Mwanahamis Omary and Pumukazi Alli.

Julisa Singano, Janeth Shija, Opa Clement, Fatuma Suleiman, Emiliana Mdimu and Anastazia Katunzi have also travelled with the team.

The aggregate winner will advance to the final round of the qualifier.
