Africa-Press – Tanzania. Tanzania Central Bank Governor Professor Florens Luoga and his counterpart from Burundi are expected to meet to plan how the two counties will use East African payment system in order to ease environment of doing business in the region.
Speaking at a joint press conference in Dodoma Friday, President Samia revealed that she and her Burundian counterpart President Eversiste Ndaishimiye have instructed the governors from both countries to accomplish the task by integrating with bank systems in order to facilitate trade and investments.
President Ndaishimiye is in Tanzania for a three-day visit.
At a press statement, President Samia seized the opportunity to invite Burundians bring their heart and cancer patients in the country to serve cost since Tanzania has made a milestone development in the health sector.
