Thus, Thierry Hitimana will be coaching the team on an interim basis, with Selemani Matola serving as his assistant.

This was revealed yesterday through the Club’s website, which noted Simba Sports Club had accepted the resignation letter of Head Coach Didier Gomes da Rosa.

“After an in-depth discussion, both parties have mutually agreed on the terms of their separation. The club said Coach Thierry Hitimana will be the acting Head Coach, while Coach Selemani Matola remains his assistant.”

In addition to the above, the club has also made minor changes to the technical bench by amicably separating from the Goalkeeping Coach, Milton Nienov, and the Fitness Coach, Adel Zrane.

Simba thanked Coach Gomes and his departing colleagues for their success during their tenure with the Club and wished them all the best in their future endeavors.
