Africa-Press – Tanzania. YOUNG Africans consolidated their NBC Premier League top position following their 3-1 victory over Ruvu Shooting at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday.
Ruvu Shooting opened took the lead in early opening minites before Feisal Salum pulled level lafter a half an hour mark. Djuma Shaaban and Mukoko Tunombe scored second half goals to give Yanga their fifth consecutive victory.

Yannick Bangala was deployed on a double pivot role with Mukoko Tunombe, while creative midfielder Feisal Salum was dominant in the final third. Yanga maintained their forays. In the 25th minute Mayele was fouled by Ruvu’s skipper Santos Mazengo, who was shown a straight red card.
Mayele took the freekick, but Makaka saved. On the 32nd minute, Yanga equalized through Feisal, who struck with a powerful volley. Mukoko scored third for Yanga in the 75th minute after he completed Farid Mussa assist inside the penalt box.
