Africa-Press – Tanzania. YOUNG Africans have roped in winger Chico Ushindi wa Kubanza from TP Mazembe as the mini-transfer window officially hit its climax on Sunday.

Ushindi becomes the first foreign import in the just ended mini-transfer window and his arrival continues to make the current Yanga squad a Congolese dominion.

Others from Democratic Republic of Congo are Fiston Mayele, Jesus Moloko, Djuma Shaaban, Mukoko Tonombe, Yannick Bangala, Haritier Makambo and the technical bench advisor Mwinyi Zahera.

Prior to his arrival, Yanga have completed transfer processes of goalkeeper Abutwalib Msheri, defenders Ibrahim Abdallah Hamad ‘Bacca’ from KMKM, midfielder Salum Abubakar ‘Sure Boy’ from Azam FC, winger Dennis Nkane from Biashara United and Crispin Ngushi from Mbeya Kwanza.

On Friday Yanga spokesman Haji Manara had kept the team’s fans and supporters on alert that the club will announce the signing of one foreign based player and one more person during their encounter against Coastal Union in Mkwakwani stadium.

Besides the 26 year-old Ushindi, Yanga also announced to have recruited Brazilian Milton Nienov as goalkeepers’ coach taking over from Kenyan Razak Siwa whose contract with Jangwani outfit has expired.

Nienov was defending champions Simba goalkeeping coach and he left the Msimbazi based outfit alongside Frenchman Didier Gomes Da Rosa.

While at Simba, Nienov did a commendable job by raising the standard of the national team’s first choice goalkeeper Aishi Manula who helped Simba to clinch their fourth top flight title in row.

He also received the best goalkeeper’s award in the accolades organised by Tanzania Football Federation(TFF) in October last year.
