Both platforms will now be operated and marketed by a Tanzanian private limited company, AfriEuro Digital Ventures that has received exclusive rights to the two classified sites.
AfriEuro Digital Ventures Limited Managing Director, Mr Sammy Ben Abla said that the merging of the two companies will broaden the market in the country. He said it is an opportunity for internet users to buy various products through the new platform.
“This is an opportunity for us, especially to internet users in Tanzania, because we will be in a better position to improve and have a better online market and provide more sales opportunities and simple use of our systems,” he said.
