Africa-Press – Tanzania. Kagera Sugar have gone separate ways with Head Coach Francis Baraza after reaching mutual agreement by the two sides.
The Kagera based giants are the recent side to disband with Head Coach after Azam who lately farewelled Frenchman trainer Denis Lavagne at the helm of the club.
A statement from Kagera Sugar says the team will now be under the guidance of Assistant Coach Marwa Chacha during their Tuesday’s match against KMC at CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza.
“The management would like to thank Baraza for his immense contributions at the club throughout his stay.
“We have decided to terminate his contract for the best interest of the club and we wish him the best of luck wherever he goes,” reads part of the information.
Baraza’s last match at the helm of the club was a 2-1 nosedive from Namungo, their fifth loss of the season from nine played matches.
They have since managed two wins and two draws to have eight points in the bag.
