Africa-Press – Tanzania. As Form Six candidates begin their Advance Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) exams today, President Samia Suluhu Hassan has taken to the social media to wish them well, noting that the government looks forward to using their talents and abilities for the development of the country.

The Head of State on her X account (formerly twitter) expressed that it is her hope that all they cross the stage and other in their academic lives successfully.

“I believe that you have used your time at school to prepare well for this stage, especially after the government’s decision to cancel fees from Form One to Six as well as its efforts in building and improving schools, the construction of dormitories…,” the President wrote.

She added: “The step you are starting today is important in your educational journey and we rely on your talents, efforts and commitment to contribute to the development of our country in the future.”

Moreover, she pledged her continuous hard work in planning and implementing various plans and policies that will give room to the youth in the country to fulfill their different desires and contribute to the building of the country.

According to NECTA, the students sitting for their final exams today will finish writing them on the 20th and 24th of May 2024.

The exams are being held in a total of 931 Secondary Schools and 258 Centers for independent students countrywide.
