Africa-Press – Tanzania. <\/strong><\/span>DAR ES SALAAM: <\/b>President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed four and sacked three executives.<\/p>\n

A statement issued by the Director of Presidential Communications Ms Zuhura Yunus says President Samia has appointed Ally Gugu as the new Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs.<\/p>\n

Ally is replacing Kaspar Mmuya who has been appointed as the District Administrative Secretary (DAS) in Dodoma.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the Head of State appointed Eng Mwajuma Waziri as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Water replacing Prof Jamal Katundu whose appointment has been revoked.<\/p>\n

Prior to the new position, Eng Mwajuma was the Deputy PS in the same docket.<\/p>\n

The President\u2019s list also mentioned Ephraim Mafuru as the new Director General of the Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB). He replaces Damas Mfugale whose appointment has been revoked.<\/p>\n

Previously, Mr Mafuru was the Executive Director of the Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC).<\/p>\n

Similarly, President Samia has sacked commissioner of conservation at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) Richard Kiiza.<\/p>\n
