We are happy to donate 20 motorcycles today to intensify security. As a bank, we believe that when security is beefed up, the tourism sector will tremendously prosper,\u201d Mr Mponzi said.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Mponzi was optimistic that the bank\u2019s efforts in Arusha will have a big multiplier effect on the tourism sector value chain across the country.<\/p>\n<p>ALSO READ: NMB secures securities trading approval<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur efforts will have a trickle-down effect on the tourism sector. When the tourists finally have an unforgettable experience in terms of hospitality in Arusha, they will be willing to explore other available options such as Zanzibar,\u201d Mr Mponzi said.<\/p>\n<p>The Tanzania Local Tour Operators (TLTO) Association Chairperson, Mr Samuel Diah, during the event, said the donation would boost the growth of the tourism sector in the region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndeed, this donation has come timely as ensuring the safety of both local and foreign tourists is a top priority right now. \u201cSafety is the biggest attraction for all tourists.
